Ability: spark explosions - Max can create sparks by rubbing his fingers together. The result is a tiny mass of unstable combustible matter the he can control. These sparks explode if the come in physical contact with something. Max can also mentally set the explosions off himself.
Weakness: Max's eyes are extremely sensitive to bright flashes light. He must always wear protection whenever he uses his powers

Likes: fire, smoking, daggers and knives, sunglasses
Dislikes: water, bright lights
Hobbies: playing pranks, fighting, putting things between his teeth, smoking, collecting shiny/sharp pieces of metal

Personality:
Maxwell is a hopeless prankster; he can't live without a good prank on some poor defenseless loser. Just on a whim, he'll set traps on others and then steal whatever shiny object they have on them. Despite being good at being a douchebag, Max is a fun loving guy and is constantly up-beat.

He's an optimist but he also loves to fight. Contrary to his trickster ways, he won't hurt a person who can't fight back. But he'll have cocky tendencies when challenged. He doesn't think much and acts on instinct. He'll look at things and situations in a twisted yet positive way.

Max has a obsession with knives and any other shiny sharp objects. He collects shiny metal pieces and attempts to make them into a custom built knife. He also collects sunglasses or shaded goggles which tends to be a trademark of his. He always has a spare on him just in case.

Background info:
Max ran away from home long before the Plague struck the world so he's had experience living on the streets. He watched as the plague spread and the beasts began to gain power. During this period of time, Max was experiencing a lot of confusion and uncertainty. After he gained his powers, he grew more confident and cocky and wandered the streets with ease.
He one day discovered the Gangs. He felt that joining one would boost his ability to survive in the world. He didn't necessarily care about each of the Gang's beliefs, but he thought that the Errors' goals allowed him the most freedom to do what he wanted. Not that he didn't care about bringing order back into the world....

Other stuff:
- Max is pretty quick on his feet and is good at hiding in the shadows.
- He specializes in traps and surprise attacks. But he won't be afraid to jump out and attack with his knife.
- he can actually be quite lazy
